William D. Hutchens, Jr., CFA, President
Mr. Hutchens has over 25 years of investment experience and founded Hutchens Investment Management in 1995. His diverse background includes portfolio management and security analysis with Taylor Investments and Wang Development and Investment Corporation. He also has experience as an institutional consultant with the Hannah Group and as a portfolio accountant with State Street Bank and Trust. He is a graduate of Kent School. Mr. Hutchens has a BA from Hamilton College with majors in History and Psychology. Mr. Hutchens furthered his education by enrolling in the CFA program and took courses at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, Bentley College, The American Institute of Banking, and the Boston Security Analysts Society. Mr. Hutchens has been a guest speaker and panelist at many investment conferences. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, CFA, a member of The Boston Security Analysts Society. He is a board member of the Foundation for The Lorenzo Walker Institute of Technology.

David Minor, Managing Director
Mr. Minor has more than 30 years of experience in the investment business. Mr. Minor began his career with the Federal Reserve before moving to Wall Street. Prior to joining Hutchens, Mr. Minor had served as President of Barrington Research, as Director of Investments at Hawthorne Management & Research, Inc., co-founded Gilder Technology Group and is currently President and Director of Innovation Capital Research. Mr. Minor holds a BA from Iona College and an MA in Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Dag E. Lidbeck, Vice President Research
Mr. Lidbeck has over 11 years experience in the investment industry. Mr. Lidbeck started his career as an analyst with the mergers and acquisitions firm Trudeau and Trudeau and moved onto mergers and acquisition sales with the firm Exeter Equity Group. Mr. Lidbeck also has experience as a financial advisor with Stephen Eldridge & Co. Mr. Lidbeck has been with Hutchens Investment Management for over 7 years where he has held a variety of positions such as an investment analyst, trader and assistant portfolio manager. Mr. Lidbeck is a graduate of Babson College with a BS degree in Investment and Finance. In his spare time, Mr. Lidbeck enjoys sail racing, skiing and mountain biking and is part of the Lake Sunapee Star Fleet.

Tracy M. Taylor, Vice President Operations
Ms. Taylor has been working in the financial industry for almost 10 years. After graduating from Franklin Pierce College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, she went on to assume multiple positions with the CPA Firm Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker. Ms. Taylor is the PTO treasurer for two secondary schools in New Hampshire.
